The implementation of integration tariffs on banking electronic money cards, the one man one card rule, and the obligation to tap in and tap out for all Transjakarta, MRT, and Jakarta LRT customers have been going on for more than a month.
PT JakLingko Indonesia reported that the obstacles that occurred at the beginning of implementation have been increasingly resolved.
PT JakLingko Implements One Man One Ticket and Tap In-Tap Out ObligationPT JakLingko Indonesia President Director, Muhamad Kamaluddin said that the problems experienced by Transjakarta service users regarding the double deduct incidents on tap in and out were decreasing.
"This is in line with the technical and system improvements carried out by JakLingko in the field," he expressed, Wednesday (11/16).
He recorded that as many as 1,338 complaints from Transjakarta service users were reported to JakLingko Customer Care and identified in the transaction database at JakLingko Indonesia for the period October 4, 2022 (beginning of implementation) to today.
From that number, the refunds that were successfully returned amounted to 3,464 transactions or a total value of Rp 11,640,000 for these users.
"The amount of refunds is higher than the complaints, as there are several users who have experienced more than one double deduct incident in Transjakarta," he explained.
He explained there were fewer and fewer reports regarding double deductions in Transjakarta that were recorded at JakLingko Customer Care every day or less than 20 reports per day. Most customers follow up on the refund process on their previous reports.
"Therefore, We ask customers to be patient. Because all refund requests that have been successfully verified will be processed according to the queue," he asserted.
According to him, PT JakLingko Indonesia would continue to make improvements to the integration of various systems and continue to coordinate with Transjakarta.
Thus far, the JakLingko integration system processes an average of 362,551 from three operators (Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, and LRT Jakarta) every day.
"Regarding the double deducts incident, it has never happened to Jakarta MRT and Jakarta LRT operators," he stated.
As for the information, for customers who experience double deductibles, please report them immediately to JakLingko Customer Care at 0812-6000-1440.
If the incident is verified to have occurred, the customer is entitled to a refund for the transaction through three options for returning via JakLingko application, bank transfer, or electronic wallet transfer.
